PPD and PTD hair dyes

PPD and PTD hair dyes are frequently used in cosmetics in permanent oxidation hair colour products. Eric Bone, International Director of Sustainable Development in L'Oréal's Hair metier, explains that by respecting the precautions for use we recommend for this type of product (allergy test 48 hrs before each use), the use of these dyes in coloring products poses no risk to the health of consumers.
