TARTARIC ACID [TARTARIC ACID]

Tartaric acid is a naturally occurring organic acid, which is known to be able to neutralise bases and keep the pH level constant. The ideal pH can be important for the stability of products. 
It is also known to mask the odor of other ingredients.
