PHENYLBENZIMIDAZOLE SULFONIC ACID [PHENYLBENZIMIDAZOLE SULFONIC ACID]

Phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid is an organic compound used in sunscreens and other cosmetic products with a sunscreen component as it is known to absorb ultraviolet (UV) light. In absorbing these rays, it helps protect your skin from damage and prevents sunburn. It is known to primarily block UVB rays and is therefore combined with other photo-protective filters to provide protection from all the sunrays.
