PEG-60 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL [PEG-60 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL]

Hydrogenated and ethoxylated castor oil is an emulsifier and surfactant. It promotes and stabilizes mixtures of two phases of a formula (water and oil), and enables the product to be spread evenly when used.
