PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL [PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL]

PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil promotes the formation and stabilization of intimate mixtures between immiscible liquids (water and oil). It also helps to solubilize actives such as vitamins and perfumes. It allows to distribute the product evenly during use. It is also known to be a cleansing agent.
