HYDROXYETHYL-P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE SULFATE [HYDROXYETHYL-P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE SULFATE]

Hydroxyethyl-N-phenylenediamine sulfate is a colour precursor used in permanent oxidative dyes. In combination with oxidation couplers, it adds background colour and covers grey hair.
