ETHANOLAMINE THIOGLYCOLATE [ETHANOLAMINE THIOGLYCOLATE]

Ethanolamine thioglycolate is a salt of thioglycolic acid. It is a reducing agent that makes the hair fibre malleable, ready for straightening or curling. It is used in perms and in straightening products.
