ETHANOLAMINE [ETHANOLAMINE]

Monoethanolamine (M.E.A.) is an alkaline agent (called base), used to adjust the pH of hair products. In oxidation colouring products, it promotes the penetration of dyes into the hair. It is also used in skincare products.
