DIMETHICONE PEG-7 PHOSPHATE [DIMETHICONE PEG-7 PHOSPHATE]

Dimethicone PEG-7 phosphate allows the bonding and stabilization of the 2 phases of a cosmetic formula (water and oil). It is also used as a mild cleanser.
