DIISOSTEARYL MALATE [[DIISOSTEARYL MALATE]]

Diisostearyl malate is an oil frequently used in lipsticks and lip care products. It is added to moisturize the lips, as it is known to form a protective layer on skin which locks in its natural moisture.
