CARNOSINE [CARNOSINE]

Carnosine is a dipeptide of two naturally occurring amino acids, alanine and histidine, and is used in sunscreens and other products to protect the skin from sun-related damage. It is also known to help restore the skin barrier in photo-aged skin, and thus provides lasting hydration by preventing loss of natural moisture.
