HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL [HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL]

Hydrogenated vegetable oil is produced by hydrogenating vegetable oils. It is used in skincare products such as lip balms as it is known to slow down water loss from the skin, leaving the skin soft and moisturized.
